Carolina Federal Credit Union will begin opening our lobby in a phased approach starting June 1st, 2020, with the final phase tentatively on July 13th, 2020. Our phased approach follows North Carolina’s loosening of social distancing restrictions while still closely following state and federal guidelines. We request that during each of these phases, members keep a 6-foot distance, use hand sanitizer when entering the lobby (provided at each door), and highly recommend wearing a mask. Our team will be following these guidelines with members, as well.
We are looking forward to seeing our members’ in our lobby again soon and want to keep everyone as healthy and safe as possible. Carolina Federal Credit Union has and will continue to have a professional sanitized cleaning every day following closure of the office. High touch areas will be cleaned thoroughly throughout the day.
The following phased openings are tentative, and we may expedite or delay these phases at any time, but we will be sure to update members by email, website, and social media when doing so.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our management team by phone at 704-435-0186 or by email email@example.com.

We encourage members to continue to use the drive-thru, ATM, online, and phone services when possible. We request that during each of these phases, members keep a 6-foot distance, use hand sanitizer when entering the lobby (provided at each door), and highly recommend wearing a mask. Our team will be following these guidelines with members, as well.
